THE FAMILY FOUNDATION
Sharp Air-conditioning and Electrical was founded by Jarrad in 2015 with the support of his Dad, Andrew.
Jake (Jarrad’s younger brother) joined a few years later, bringing his energy and sharp skills to the team.
Together, the Sharps have built a business grounded in loyalty, hard work, and a passion for the industry.

Ben might not share the Sharp name, but he’s the engine behind our day-to-day—keeping jobs, logistics, and the team on track. Bruno keeps our electrical projects running like clockwork, while Harry—Jarrad’s best mate and our longest-serving non-Sharp—heads up sustainability. Together, these three lead by example and brings out the best in a team that feels more like family.
